All of our services are custom and billing accordingly. No website, designs, wireframes, or any other service we provide are like. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all price model. how am I billed?
Let’s fast forward to we have already agreed upon price, payment terms, and what we will do for you. We will send you a secure and encrypted payment link where you can submit your payment.
Is my payment and privacy protected?
100%. We would say 1000%, but 100% is still 100%. Our secure payment link will never expose your payment details, nor do we keep any payment details on file or on our servers. We never share or sell your data with any 3rd party.
And if you’re worried about payment privacy, don’t worry, we’ll work with you to offer a method that you are comfortable with the wide range of options we are able to offer our customers.
what services can you not provide if I'm in the adult industry?
In regards to visual content like video and photo, as long as the content is legal, we no have problem.
With anything else, it’s the same rule. As long as the work we will provide you is legal, your payment is good, let’s do this!
what's your refund policy?
Our general refund policy is once you have submitted payment and we have held up our end, we don’t issue refunds. The same general rule applies for down the road as well. For example, if we make a web theme for you and you decide to modify it and something breaks, we’re not responsible for the breaks in the web theme.
…..however just like the custom work and services we offer, we know this isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer. So if you do feel you should be refunded, simply reach out to us so we can all be happy at the end.
