Our general refund policy is once you have submitted the payment after the services and/or project(s) have been provided to your satisfaction, and we have held up our end to your satisfaction, we don’t issue refunds. The same general rule applies for down the road as well. For example, if we make a web theme for you and you decide to modify it and something breaks, we’re not responsible for the breaks in the web theme.

…..however just like the custom work and services we offer, we know this isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer. So if you do feel you should be refunded, simply reach out to us so we can all be happy at the end.
